Amber's Chocolate

Amber’s Chocolate began as a passion project inspired by my daughter, Amber, and a desire to create something simple, honest, and joyful. Using Thai-grown cacao, we handcraft small-batch chocolate that’s rooted in care—care for ingredients, for process, and for the people who enjoy it.

This project blends my love for making with my values around learning and living with intention. Each bar is a reminder that good things take time, and that creativity, like chocolate, is best when shared.
