4lifelonglearning.org is a flagship initiative aimed at transforming the way Thailand approaches lifelong learning. The project was created to support a more flexible, learner-driven model of education—one where people can continuously build skills, demonstrate competencies, and adapt to change throughout their lives.
At the heart of this initiative is a modular, stackable micro-credential system, designed to recognize both formal and informal learning. It allows learners to collect digital badges and skill evidence from universities, training providers, and workplaces. These credentials are not just certificates—they are meaningful representations of what learners can do, verified by trusted institutions.
